Spaghetti alla carbonara and ‘nduja

Cooking with The VALiens: Spaghetti alla carbonara and ‘nduja

• Bacon 150 gr.
• Pecorino 100 gr.
• Pepper
• ‘Nduja
• Spaghetti 350 gr.
• Eggs:4 white +1 whole egg

To prepare spaghetti carbonara  put a saucepan containing plenty of water to boil, moderately salty, in view of the fact that the pasta has a very tasty sauce with bacon and cheese.

Meanwhile cut the bacon into small cubes or strips, put it in a pan without adding oil and leave it on the fire until the fat becomes transparent and slightly crisp, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl then add the cheese, a shower of ‘nduja and ground black pepper.

Mix well all with the aid of a whip and then add the bacon.

Dry pasta, and when ready, without skipping over the fire, drain and pour into the bowl and mix it together with the previously prepared sauce. Serve the spaghetti alla carbonara immediately. And now it’s time to spread ‘nduja once again, all over the sauce.
