Cooking with: Macaroni Neapolitan sauce with mozzarella and ‘Nduja

Ingredients

  •      paste – 90 g
  •      Mozzarella – 30 g
  •      cherry tomatoes – 5.
  •      onion – 1 pc.
  •      Garlic – 2 cloves
  •      ‘Nduja – all you can get
  •      chili – 1 pc.
  •      Oregano
  •      Marjoram
  •      Parsley
  •      basil (green)

Immediately put to boil pasta (12 min.) and start to dance. Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes.

In a frying pan with olive oil put garlic, hot peppers and onions. Sauté over low heat until golden brown.

Cut the tomatoes in half and place in pan. chop the block of ‘nduja in two. one is for now buddy.. eat it all in once. the second piece goes in the sauce. Clean the greens (leaving only the leaves) and put it in the pan.

Cut the mozzarella into large cubes. Add mozzarella to the pan and stir.
Put the pasta in the pan with the sauce and stir.

Arrange on plates and garnish with herbs.
