Ingredients for 4 people
  • 200 gr. of lasagne pasta
  • 400 Gr. of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 glass white wine
  • ton of ‘nduja
  • 4-5 tomatoes
  • 25 Gr. of butter
  • 70 Gr. of grated Parmesan salt
  • pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
For the bechamel sauce ingredients
  • 3/4 of a litre of milk
  • 40 g of butter
  • onion
  • flour
  • salt
  • a pinch of nutmeg
The preparation
