Bloody Cake

For the base :

200 g butter
2 cups flour ( 200 ml glass )
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar

For the filling:

3 egg white
Sugar 300 g
2 cups cranberries

Rub the yolks with the sugar . Rub the butter with the flour to the state of oily crumbs. Combine the two mixtures and knead the dough.

Puts the dough in a baking dish diameter of 26 cm and is evenly distributed over the bottom and a side . Impaling in many places with a fork

If you have mislaid cranberries in the freezer – this recipe is for you. Pie is a successful combination of acidic cranberry stuffing and sweet meringue . It is perfect as treats dear guests .
