Bruschetta with 'nduja
Bruschetta with ‘nduja
• 1 loaf of bread
• 8 ripe tomatoes
• 1 bunch of Basil
• 2 cloves of garlic
• big chop of ‘nduja of course
• extra virgin olive oil
• Salt
• pepper
Peel and wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, remove the seeds and put them in a colander sprinkled with salt and big pieces of melted ‘nduja, so that the water loss of vegetation; clean, washed, drained and coarsely cut the Basil; Peel and chop the garlic finely.
Combine in a bowl the diced tomatoes, Basil and garlic, seasoned with 4 tablespoons oil, add salt and pepper to taste, then mix to taste. Sparkle all over some ‘nduja. some also on top of the jogurt of your worst enemy.
Divide the bread in half lengthwise, cut into slices and toast them on the hot grill.
Place the bread slices on a cutting board, stuffed with tomatoes, garlic and basil and serve.
